June 2017 Stats
The real estate news cycle is definitely focusing on the condo and townhouses sector but detached homes were quite steady in June. With talk of a foreseeable increase in interest rates and the change in government, many are waiting to see what, if anything will be affected. Below is a snapshot of North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver West detached home stats for the past three years (June). Totals are stable with the only noticeable change being in sold year to date figures.
